Support for BillFound customers
Contact
Email Support:
Use the email address connected to your BillFound account when possible.
What to include
- Your business or workspace name.
- Whether the issue involves a calendar provider, billing provider, a finding, or account access.
- The time the problem occurred and the message shown on screen.
- For an incorrect finding, the finding type and why it appears wrong.
Do not email passwords, OAuth tokens, client secrets, full invoice exports, or unnecessary customer information. We will ask for specific details if needed.
Connection problems
- Open Connections in BillFound.
- Check whether the source says Connected, Needs attention, or Not connected.
- Select Reconnect for the affected calendar or billing provider.
- If reconnect fails, email Support with the provider name, time, and error shown.
BillFound remains read-only. Reconnecting does not authorize invoice creation, sending, payments, or changes to provider records.
Free scan and subscription access
Your first complete BillFound check is free and does not require a credit card. If the setup cannot finish because a provider needs attention or no usable source data is available, the free check is not consumed. After the free check, future checks and locked findings require the $29/month subscription plus applicable taxes unless your workspace has explicit complimentary access.
Manage billing and cancellation
Subscribed customers can use Manage Billing in Settings to open the Stripe-hosted Customer Portal for billing information, payment methods, invoices, and cancellation. Canceling keeps access active through the current paid period and ends paid access when the subscription ends.
Disconnect a provider
Open Connections and select Disconnect for the provider. This removes BillFound's stored OAuth credential and stops future access. You can also revoke BillFound directly from the relevant provider account settings. Previously synchronized BillFound records are not automatically erased by disconnecting.
Incorrect findings
Use Dismiss when a finding is not useful and select the closest reason. Dismissal is stored so the same evidence does not immediately recreate the same finding. Email Support if you believe the match or detection logic needs review. Never send or change an invoice based only on a BillFound finding.
Account access
If you cannot sign in, email Support from the email address on the BillFound account. BillFound will verify ownership before changing access.
Account or data deletion
Follow the exact request and verification steps at Data Deletion. Disconnecting a provider and deleting a BillFound account are separate actions.
