Why BillFound exists

Dean has a background in payments and financial technology. BillFound came from a simple operating problem: busy business owners complete real customer work, then sometimes fail to turn every completed job into billing.

BillFound is designed to work alongside the systems owners already use rather than replace them. It compares completed work from a connected calendar with billing records from the active billing system and surfaces items worth reviewing.

BillFound remains read-only. It does not contact customers, send invoices, collect payments, or change connected billing records. The owner reviews the evidence and decides what happens next.
